Standard screening applies. To receive the rental credit, the referring resident must be in good standing (no arrears, habitual late payments, or tenancy rule violations, etc.), and the referral must be made at or before the referee's first contact with Devonshire Properties. The referring resident will receive the rent credit following the referee’s successful move-in. The referee must successfully move in and maintain good standing for at least three months, with no early terminations, late rent payments, or tenancy rule violations during this period. A 12-month lease is required, and the referee's rent credit will be issued after the three-month good standing period.
