Devonshire Properties has been serving our Edgewood Estates Community since 1974, providing the very best rental accommodation and services for the Winnipeg community. Our staff is committed to ensure clean, comfortable, and secure homes. 

Edgewood Estates Community primarily dedicates itself to active seniors, and is proven to be the perfect fit for those who are downsizing or want an independent living environment before moving to assisted living. 

We are not strictly a retirement community. In fact, we accept tenants of all ages and family sizes.

Our newest building, 50 Whellams Lane, is beautifully appointed with all modern conveniences and finishings. Granite countertops, luxury vinyl floors, tiled backsplashes, beautiful kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and insuite washer and dryer!  

A number of our units in our original 60 & 70 Whellams Lane buildings have also been upgraded and renovated, with beautiful luxury finishings, the new standard at Edgewood Estates.
